Mimosa Sensitive Plant displays delicate, fern-like foliage and charming light purple flowers. As the name suggests, this plant exhibits an extraordinary response to touch.  When its leaf hairs are stimulated by any form of movement, they initiate an electrical impulse that causes the leaflets to fold inwards! Although it can be grown outdoors, it has the tendency to escape and spread readily. Therefore, we personally prefer cultivating it as a patio or houseplant for better control and admiration.
